Popken Fashion Group Logistics faced the challenge of further optimizing intralogistics to keep pace with the group’s booming online operations. With a focus on capacity, productivity, and cost-efficiency, PFG Logistics sought a solution that aligned with the group’s commitment to resource conservation.
The answer lay in retrofitting an Interroll Crossbelt Sorter, previously in operation for six years with a contract logistics provider. With Interroll's expertise and support, the larger system was dismantled and adapted to the new project layout.
Collaborating with automation expert Aditor and conveyor technology supplier REMA TEC, the PFG Logistics team completed the successful retrofit of the Interroll Crossbelt Sorter:
